Full Metal 16 bay 2.5” SAS/SATA HDD & SSD Backplane Cage for 2 x 5.25” Bay

The CP001 is a full metal heavy duty 2.5” HDD/SSD cage specifically designed for Industrial PC, Media Workstations, Compact Servers, Surveillance Systems, Medical Systems and Military Computers. The CP001 fits up to 16x 2.5” SAS/SATA SSD/HDD (7mm height only) in just 2x 5.25” device bays. The high density design allows you to create various storage configurations within limited space. You can stripe 16 SSDs in RAID 0 for Thunderbolt media workstations setup or RAID 6 for compact server setup.

The built-in 80mm cooling fan keeps the drives cool 24/7, and the metal material used grants heat dissipation transfer from the hard drives to the backplane cage. Lastly, Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) and EMI grounding are used to ensure a stable environment for the hard drives or SSD’s used, dramatically improving reliability.
